For this, you need to set up auto responding rules. You can specify rules for all products or just a specific one.
Here, you have to specify the max discount for accepting offers and actions which will be performed for offers lower than the allowed discount. There are two options: "Counteroffer" or "don't counter and send email".
You cannot have multiple rules for the same product or else the auto respond function will not work accordingly.
