Only the merchant can combine multiple offers through the $Offers tab on the Make an Offer dashboard.

How to combine offers:

Go to the $Offers tab
Accept or counter offers
If a customer has submitted offers on multiple products, a pop-up will be initiated to give merchants the option to combine from those offers.
Merchants can then decide to accept and counter those offers to send customers a combined offers checkout link
